Shane Henry is the owner and Managing Broker of 303 Property real estate brokerage. Since 2014 Shane has personally serviced hundreds of Colorado families helping to achieve their real estate goals. Shane is known for his market expertise, strong negotiation skills, unique selling strategies, and commitment to exceptional service. His background spans luxury, residential, investment, new construction, land, condos, commercial property and high level customer service transactions. Shane holds designations such as the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), underscoring his dedication to delivering results. Outside of real estate, Shane volunteers as a community advocate serving on the Town of Georgetown Planning Commission and The Georgetown Trust.
